You are entering the danger season. I have found that when I overeat, I over exercise, and it usually is a wash. Have you tried that? I’m your size, and only 15 lbs lighter, but almost 20 years older. I’ve been steadily losing weight for the past year, and I think it’s because I’m just not as hungry as I used to be. The less I eat, the less I want to eat. I attribute some of this to all that Metamucil my doc has me on for cholesterol control. It’s helping lower my cholesterol, and I’m losing weight (slowly) as well. It’s not a panacea, but every little bit helps.
